By using Shoot2Send as your post-production specialist, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Shoot2Send reserves the right to change, alter, and /or update these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice. Continued use of Shoot2Send services constitutes consent to these Terms and Conditions as then in force and effect.

Right of Use & Copyright:

All images edited by Shoot2Send, will retain their original copyright protections. By sending images to Shoot2Send, you are giving us permission to modify these images. You, the client, own, or have permission to use, the copyright to images submitted to Shoot2Send for editing, processing, and /or designs. If you, the client, are not the copyright owner, you have obtained legal permission from the copyright owner to submit images to Shoot2Send for editing, processing or designs. By submitting the images to Shoot2Send, you are in no way granting rights to the images to Shoot2Send. However, Shoot2Send would appreciate permission to use certain images for marketing materials for our print/online materials. Such images would be given photo credit if design permits.

Jurisdiction and Venue:

By using Shoot2Send, you consent to have all disputes settled in Oregon and consent to have the dispute mediated prior to the filling of any court action. The relationship between the customer and Shoot2Send will be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
